Neurodivergent Adults Virtual Social

We know times are....stressful. That's why we're having a virtual social on Thursday, March 20th! RSVP HERE!

Come hang out and share something that makes you, you, or a piece of creative expression!

Depending on the number of people, each person will get 3-5 min. to share a piece of writing, poetry, art, their special interests, or whatever you choose!

Engaging in creative activities can boost brain function, enhance mood, reduce stress, and even help with cognitive abilities like problem-solving and memory by stimulating different areas of the brain- so come hang out and let's express ourselves!

A Zoom link will be sent to participants post-sign-up.

If you feel you're alone, you're not! We're here to greet you with open arms, as you are, because who you are is valid and deserves confirmation.

We encourage this social to be for autistic/neurodivergent/disabled adults only so we can have a space that is ours, have autonomy, and unmask. If you are a parent, we encourage you to drop off and pick up so we can keep the space for autistic/neurodivergent/disabled adults.

Socialization is good for your mental health and promotes wellness in numerous ways. Those with neurodivergence have a high risk of suicidality, and our socials aim to prevent that by providing a safe place where people can be themselves, make real connections, and feel seen.
